Welcome to Nextkits! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (nextkits.co.uk) and the purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully.

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This is the legal agreement between you ("the customer") and us, Nextkits.co.uk Ltd. ("Nextkits," "we," "us," "our").

3.Our Products & Customisation

We offer a range of high-quality football shirts, including officially licensed replicas and vintage items.

For all personalised/customised shirts, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the name and number you provide. Please double-check all details before confirming your order, as production begins shortly after an order is placed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£, GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate. However, if we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled after your card has been charged, you will receive a full refund.

We accept all major credit cards via our secure, SSL-encrypted checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and during checkout. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds (Please Read Carefully)

We operate in accordance with the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Standard (Non-Personalised) Items: You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned to us in their original, unworn condition. Please see our Returns Policy page for full instructions.

Personalised & Customised Items: Due to their bespoke nature, items that have been personalised with a specific name, number, or patch cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are faulty. The standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to these items. Please be certain of your size and customisation details before ordering.

Faulty Goods: If a product you receive is faulty or not as described, you have a right to a refund, repair, or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with details of the fault.
