How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the quantity of items purchased. To see the exact shipping cost for your order, add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed in the total cost.


Where do we deliver?
We offer worldwide shipping.


How long does it take for the buyer to receive an order?
On average, orders are processed within 48 hours after purchase. Standard shipping/delivery times apply (10–15 days for international shipping).
Please note: Delivery times may be delayed due to COVID-19.

Can an order be shipped to multiple addresses?
We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.


Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.


Do I have to pay VAT?
Items shipped internationally from the U.S. are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Depending on the destination country, your package may be subject to local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about policies in your country.


Changed your mind about your order? That’s okay!
Orders can only be modified within 24 hours after placing them.
Note: Once your order is being processed or has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.


What is your return and exchange policy?

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
We will process a replacement at no extra cost if one of the following applies:

  • You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (20 days, excluding 5–7 days for processing);

  • You received the wrong item (incorrect customization, wrong product, or blurred print);

  • You received a damaged product (broken or crushed).
    Note: If you do not want a replacement, you may request a refund.
    Credit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days.

We do not process refunds in the following cases:

  • The order was not delivered due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, not at home during delivery, failure to pick up the package as requested);

  • The order was not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues in your country, delays due to natural disasters, tracking shows “delivered,” or the package was delivered to your mailbox but lost).

The refund request period is 15 days. Submit your refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (20 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message on the “Contact Us” page.

Returns
Since our products are printed and unique, we only process replacements if your order meets the following 5 criteria:

  • You must notify us of any defective product within 5 days of receiving your order;

  • The product is crushed or damaged;

  • The print quality is blurred or different from the images on our website;

  • The design or size of the product differs from your order;

What evidence should I provide for a return or exchange?
Provide the following:

  • Your order information: Order ID, the name and email used to place the order, product name, and order date.

  • All evidence clarifying the shipping or product error is essential for the replacement process.

  • All required images must be submitted. Otherwise, we cannot process the replacement.

You may refer to the following examples of required images:

  • Shipping label image;

  • Product image;

  • Image of the product and the error you identified (defective material, wrong design, wrong size).

If your application is approved, the refund will be credited to your account or original payment method within 7 business days.

Will I be notified if my return or refund is approved or rejected?
After receiving your return or refund request with all the required information, we will investigate the issue and process the request within 5 days. We will send you an email notification within that time to inform you whether your request has been approved or denied.

Note

  • If your product is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds
