Refund, Exchange, and Repair Policies for Football Jerseys

 

 

At Nextkits, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction with your football jersey purchase, we have established the following return, exchange, and repair policies, designed to balance customer needs with the practicalities of handling apparel items:

 

 

Refund Policy Eligibility:

You may return a football jersey within 7 days of the original purchase date if it meets the following strict conditions:

The jersey is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition (no signs of use, odors, or stains).
All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact and attached as received.

(If any tags or protective covers have been removed or damaged, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)

 

 


The jersey is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any inserts.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Refunds are not available for customised or personalised jerseys, sale items, or items marked as final sale.

Personalized or custom items are eligible for return only if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

 

 

 

Refund Process:

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process. Please share clear pictures or video of the jersey, including all tags and packaging, to allow us to assess eligibility upfront.
After receiving approval (which may take up to 3 business days), carefully package the jersey and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method at your own expense. (Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping; we do not cover return shipping costs.)

 


Once we receive and inspect the returned jersey and verify that it meets our return conditions (inspection may take up to 5 business days), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, minus any original shipping fees, restocking fees (up to 10% of the item value), or applicable deductions for incomplete packaging.

 

 

Exchange Policy Eligibility:

 

You may request an exchange for a different football jersey (subject to availability) within 14 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

 

The jersey is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition (no signs of use, odors, or stains).
All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact and attached as received.

(If any tags or protective covers have been removed or damaged, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)


The jersey is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any inserts.

Exchanges are not available for customised or personalised jerseys, sale items, or items marked as final sale. Hygiene considerations (e.g., tried-on apparel) may also disqualify exchanges.

After receiving approval (which may take up to 3 business days), carefully package the jersey and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method at your own expense. (Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping; we do not cover return or exchange shipping costs.)


Once we receive and inspect the returned jersey and verify that it meets our exchange conditions (inspection may take up to 5 business days), we will ship the requested replacement jersey to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly, and you will be responsible for the new shipping fees.

Safely package the items, ensuring they are in their original packaging and include all accompanying materials and accessories.


Clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging (if provided).
