Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy (United Kingdom):

 

We are pleased to offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

Shipping Cost: We have a flat rate shipping fee of £5 for all orders within the UK.

Processing & Delivery Time: Your order will be processed within 48 hours of purchase. After processing, our standard delivery time is 10-15 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey in real-time.

Delivery Addresses: We can ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we cannot ship to multiple addresses in a single order.

 

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations:

 

Changed your mind? No problem. You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this 24-hour window, your custom jersey enters the production process, and we will be unable to make any changes.

 

 

Conditions for a Return or Refund:

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Because our products are custom printed, returns are only accepted for quality-related issues. You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund if you experience any of the following:

You received a damaged, broken, or defective item.

You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, design, or custom details from what you ordered).

The print quality is blurry, unclear, or does not match the product image.

Your order was not received within the guaranteed period of 20 days (excluding the 5-7 day processing time).

 

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to haoxinliang@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order ID in the subject line.

Provide Proof: In your email, please attach clear photos of the issue. This must include:

A photo of the shipping label on the package.

A photo of the full item.

A close-up photo of the specific defect, error, or damage.

Await Approval: We will investigate your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email within 5 business days.

 

 

Refunds:

If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at nextkitscouk@gmail.com.

 

 

Important Notes:

We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection due to the custom nature of our products. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Original shipping costs (£5) are non-refundable.
